Hello everyone! Has anyone actually used Trust Swiftly to verify clients? I read that they have advanced identity verification methods, including biometric verification. Our team is considering options for automating the KYC process - we need something fast and reliable, but not so that users are scared by a bunch of steps. I am interested in real experience: how easy is it to implement and does it work stably in real conditions, and not just on a demo? Please share if anyone has already encountered this

I followed the topic because we are also thinking about automating checks. Thanks for the detailed feedback! It is interesting that Trust Swiftly offers not only biometric verification, but also adaptation to specific business processes - this is a plus. I will have to test the demo.
I was just involved in the launch of Trust Swiftly, a fintech product for microcredit — we had about 60 thousand registrations per month, and manual moderation simply couldn’t cope. We decided to implement biometric verification because the percentage of fakes and repeated registration attempts with false data began to go off the charts. The platform is really convenient. They have several tools at once: you can verify your face using a selfie, read documents, and connect voice verification. We chose the most popular scenario: the user uploads a photo of their passport and takes a selfie, and the system automatically checks the match. The integration took us about three weeks — the main hassle was not with the code, but with the UX. People are afraid of "biometrics", especially in Ukraine and the CIS countries, so we thought separately about how to explain that the data is not stored with us, but with a certified provider, and that it is protected according to GDPR and SOC 2 standards. By the way, Trust Swiftly provides all the necessary documents and privacy policy templates, which makes life much easier.
