I was prescribed blue xanax a couple months ago for anxiety but now I feel like I can't live without it. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do to stop taking it?

Your situation is not uncommon, and it is important to acknowledge the problem. Do not try to cope on your own - it can be dangerous. Seek help from the United Recovery Project https://unitedrecoveryproject.com/ , where specialists will help you safely cope with addiction and return to normal life.

Reduce the dosage gradually, always under the supervision of a doctor. Stopping abruptly can be dangerous due to withdrawal symptoms. Try to find non-drug ways to cope with anxiety, such as meditation or therapy.
