I'm planning to seal my patio soon but not sure how clean it needs to be beforehand. Is it enough to rinse off debris or should I do something more thorough before applying the sealer? I’ve never done this kind of maintenance before and don’t want to mess it up.

When I was preparing to seal my stamped concrete patio, I underestimated how much a deep cleaning would matter. After doing a rinse and dry, it still looked dull and patchy. I decided to use https://oakshs.ca/interlock-vs-concrete-vs-asphalt-driveways-comparison/ to ensure the surface was really clean before sealing. They handled the job professionally and prepped everything in just a few hours. After the sealant was applied, the surface looked glossy and even. I was impressed with how much cleaner it turned out than I could have done on my own. If you're investing time and money into sealing, it's worth starting with a spotless surface.
