I’ve seen a lot of hummingbird wallpapers lately and really like the look — colorful, a bit whimsical, but still tasteful. Thinking about using it in a hallway or maybe behind a bookshelf wall. Anyone tried it in small spaces? Does it feel too busy or just right?

I actually used the Hummingbird Paradise Removable Wallpaper from California Wallpaper in a narrow hallway, and it worked out beautifully. The design is detailed but not overwhelming, and the colors are vibrant without being harsh. It made what was a pretty dull space feel alive and welcoming. I kept the lighting warm and let the wallpaper be the main visual element — didn’t need much else. Since it’s removable, I felt okay testing it out, and now I can’t imagine the hallway without it.
