I’ve been using the best light therapy device for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my sleep. I use them in the morning for about 20-30 minutes, and it helps me feel more awake during the day and fall asleep easier at night. I also wake up feeling more rested. It’s been great for regulating my sleep cycle, especially during winter when it’s darker for longer.
