Can’t you just tell them about it? I feel like that would solve the problem. I don’t go to the gym at all. I just don’t like any of that. You can train effectively at home. If you have a plan, and I’ve got a custom fitness plan from madmuscles, you can get amazing results. For me personal comfort is just as important as workout results.
At the gym I used to go to, they didn’t have that kind of thing, but they had super annoying staff and admins who kept calling with all kinds of useless offers. I’d rather not have that kind of attention on me.
